Accento N is a dual-wavelength laser combining 755nm long-pulse Alexandrite and 1064nm long-pulse Nd:YAG. 755nm Alexandrite has high melanin absorption with relatively low absorption by water and oxyhemoglobin, allowing selective energy delivery to follicles and superficial pigment. Long pulses (ms range) match the thermal relaxation time of follicles and surrounding pigment structures, accumulating enough heat for permanent laser hair removal and pigment lesion treatment.
1064nm Nd:YAG has low melanin absorption but greater penetration depth, delivering energy to deep dermal vessels, dermal collagen, and structures around sebaceous glands. With long pulses, it gently heats dermal microvessels and collagen fibers — the basis for Laser Genesis, improving skin texture, redness, and residual pigment through collagen synthesis and blood-flow normalization.
High melanin absorption at 755nm long-pulse delivers selective heat to follicles. Face, underarms, arms, legs, body — a permanent laser hair removal platform across diverse skin types.
Superficial pigment (freckles, lentigines) responds to 755nm selective photothermolysis. Dermal melasma and residual pigment benefit from 1064 Laser Genesis preparing the dermal environment first.

After Gold PTT selectively targets sebaceous glands and follicles, 1064 Laser Genesis adds dermal regeneration and microvessel stabilization — supporting recovery of acne marks, residual redness and skin texture.
Wavelength and parameters precisely tuned to the indication
Skin type, hair density, pigment depth, and vascular distribution are evaluated. Wavelength (755nm/1064nm), fluence, pulse width and cooling are precisely set per indication (hair removal / pigment / Genesis / PTT support).
Pre-cooling spray → laser delivery → Post-cooling. Non-contact handpiece with up to 20mm spot reduces treatment time while delivering uniform energy.
Sunscreen and soothing care are advised. Hair removal: every 4–8 weeks. Pigment / Genesis: every 1–4 weeks. For PTT support, timed around the PTT schedule.
For long-pulse lasers, fluence, pulse-width and cooling balance determine outcomes. Accento N's 1064 Laser Genesis around Gold PTT sessions adds dermal collagen remodeling and microvessel stabilization, supporting recovery of acne marks, residual redness and skin texture.
Accento N is engineered to minimize pain and epidermal damage even without anesthesia, using Pre & Post smart cooling spray and a non-contact handpiece. Mild stinging may occur depending on area and parameters, but is generally well tolerated.
